New AI Mechanic, Small Lighting Changes, & Small bug fixes

We have now implemented the AI Buff / Nerf system. Now the AI will receive a buff every time a correct seal is destroyed, and a small nerf when a player is caught. The AI will also receive a small limited time buff when it encounters a group of players. There have also been some small bug fixes, mostly to the AI. The lighting for the flashlight, torch, and lighter has also been tweeked. Now players have better light sources. There are still lots of bugs to fix for this game, and we will be continuing to patch them up over the summer, together with small game updates to make this a more polished game.
